Joe, when you say you say:"all I do is use a sediment filter, and two carbons to remove sediment, and chlorine" what type and or brand is the sediment/ carbon filters. I use stress coat, and that gets expensive.

I run an ro/di without the ro and di. to do this you will need 3 -10" RO canisters, 1 - triple bracket, 6 - srews to put the canisters on the bracket, 1/4" ro tubing, 1 - di cartridge, 1/4" RO tubing, 1 - 1 micron sediment filter, 1 - micron Matrikx carbon filter, and 1 catalytic activated carbon. Put it together and you have it. or if you have an ro /di just use the pre-ro/di. Here is a link for all the listed parts. www.bulkreefsupply.com/RO/DI-Filters-&-Systems/c9/index.htmlThe total setup would be about $90.00. After that about $21.00 every 6 months or less if you but in bulk and you are not adding chemicals to your water. Joe
