This was my tank last year- I sold about half of what was in here. I had about 400lbs of holey rock which I have since sold all but 3 pieces. I have more I keep outside to sell.
I have started posting videos on youtube under MusicCityCichlids If you get a chance check them out in a couple of days where I don't have only 2 views. My new Videos will be in HD if I can figure it out.

Beautiful! And the fish are so bright! You don't miss that setup at all?

Yes I do, but it was 10 times the work- and worth it, but I have the outside stuff too. If it were my only tank I would still have it that way. I will probably find a happy medium.

I flip mine over and the process starts over. I have never really had any algae problems though. It takes mine about 6 months before it even starts to show. I don't mind it when it happens though- Free food for my mbuna/pleco's

Turn it over. If that don't work get Dennis and a pressure washer and put them both outside with the piece of rock.
