The Honduran Red Point is often called a blue convict, and that's not altogether correct. The Archocentrus sp. Honduran Red Point is a cichlid in its own right, but there has been much breeding with the convict and as a result the strain is rarely pure. This is a small New World cichlid with a milder temperament than the convict, and it is an omnivore that will be found picking algae and bits of matter from the substrate. They're egg layers, and excellent parents.

Just one. And they did this one in a few days ago . A shame. No new New Worlds here--they're too much guesswork.

Hey angel, nice little HRP. I have a breeding pair of these little guys. Let me know if you want a male to go with your little female. I'll have some ready in about 4-6 weeks.
