i just got a nano tank and i got like a red film on my live rock how do i get rid of it

I want a Nano for work! i would do a shellie tank! ,,,, no clue about saltwater sorry.

This is red slime cyano bacterial algae. "Mexican" red legged hermit crabs will do a great job keeping it cleaned up. But the key is to get to the source of why the algae is there. Reduce your feeding amount and see if you can get some additional water flow toward the affected areas.
