every time i top off evaporated water in the tank i always see a bunch of these tiny worms swimming around and there is alot i think they come from the lid, is this bad ? will it kill the fish if they eat them? what is it?

Are you saying that they are in your make-up water and do you use city water? What type of container are you using ?
also are you adding anything to the make-up water?
Your make-up water should be clean with nothing growing in it

i just get water from the sink no nothin is in it i just use old 1 gallon water to top off the water then chloromax somtimes i see it lid of the fish tank.they are real skinny and very tiny this time ive seen alot

OK, Now I think I understand they are in your tank right.
I think what you are describing is worms. They normally come from over feeding your tank.
I don't recall fish eating them and they don't harm the fish.
What you need to do is clean the tank and vacuum the substrate and feed lightly. Only feed what the fish can eat in lets say 2 minutes.
