I don't use a flash box much any more. I have 1 6' with 2 bulbs and a 36" with one. I use a wizard I think it is called so you don't have flash coming from in front. It washes color out. I just use the speedlight flash on remote now, unless I am shooting in the 340

Doesn't your Nikon have commander mode so you don't need to buy the pocket wizard? It's built in to most models now. Just trying to save you some money in case you werent aware of that. Commander mode works great and you don't need any other hardware to mess with to fire one or more speedlights remotely.
