Yesterday I got... Settling in... Tank: 29g tall Soil capped with Flourite 350gph canister, custom spraybar Pressurized CO2 TDS - 100, PH 6.0 Also home to a few Apistogramma Cacatuoides and Trifasciata

oh wow, that is quick! yeah, mike's kois and electric blue rams are really great-looking fish. i'll post some pics once they are little bit bigger

Is that the filter intake the eggs are on? If so, won't the fry get pulled into the filter?

Yes, it is. But this is their first spawn, and it's not uncommon for first spawns to fail - fungus!
