So I vented my chocolates today. This was the first time I've vented and thought I'd share the photos of what I saw. Fish 1 is the larger fish, developing a small hump between its eyes. I've had this one the longest. Attachments:

My original thought was that fish 1 was a boy. I always thought so. But the vent is larger than the anal opening, so now I'm thinking girl. The second fish I wasn't sure, but the vent is not larger than the anal opening. That would indicate boy. However, when they haven't laid eggs yet, which to my knowledge neither has, the openings can be the same size even in a female. So the other characteristic is that the vent of the male can appear V shaped. Think it is?
