Well I figured I would start a new thread on this. I was thinking after the new male arrived that I might have gotten two males the first time as I do not know much about these betta. Well here is a couple of pictures of the male that I got to replace the one that died. And a picture of the female I didn't notice it until I had already netted the male but look closely at his head. I sent the pictures to the guy I bought them from and he agreed. I have a male holding right now. How cool is that! I might not get any babies from this first time but now I know I have a male and a female. Thought I would share with every one.

That's awesome George! And good to see the male doing some work to raise the kids!

Thanks Tina. I would be so happy if I get some fry out of this but I am not expecting to. But I know that they will breed now. And I am happy to see that the males do the work. That is the way with all bettas though as even the bubble nesters it is the males that do all of the work too. Gotta love bettas.
