All the work won't be done until fish live happily. It is staying about 72 degrees and the water is sitting on 70. We are going to crank the heat to 76 when the fish come in, and hopefully all will be well by March. Anything delicate I am going to keep at my house. The guys at the fish farm said their water can get down in the 60's during the winter and the fish live fine, you just don't want to mess with them then and they don't breed.

By next fall/ winter we are going to get another/ better heater and then the water will be dripping 10% a day at 4 intervals of water @ 95 degrees. We are going to insulate the windows and tape them up.

If we are selling fish well we will go full steam in the winter, if not we will not ship end of Dec, Jan, and Feb but will still sell locally.
