Hi, was looking for info on young high coverage koi angelfish. I have purchased some and they were to be high coverage with bright colors, but when I received them they almost have no color. Most of the light color is on the top of the head. The seller said they will color up as they age. They are already a quarter plus in size. Is this correct or did I get ripped. Thanks

Who did you get them from? I don't really have any high color koi, mine are het PB and came from a cross between platinum and koi. I'm crossing them now with other PB, don't really know what I'm going to get out of that! I think the color does have something to do with diet, and all the fish I've had change dramatically between quarter size to adult, so I would assume it is true. This is true with blues and blushings too.
