Dates for swap/meets get voted on by club members within about a month to 6 weeks before the given date is chosen. So the next one, Spring 2012 will be voted on sometime in late March to early April, or so.
We will be having an open board meeting of the officers in January or Feburary, 2012, in which all club members are welcomed to attend, but it is a board meeting, not a swap/meet. Occassionally since a few of us are getting together we do share a few fish, but again, it is primarily a board meeting.

Brian, I would love for lots of folks to be interested enough to make the business meetings, and if they want to use the opportunity to swap or sell on their own in the parking lot of where ever we meet, then that is fine, but like I said it would be just for the purpose of a business meeting to plan the next swap/meet, and discuss club business.
There are others here who want to have the swap/meets more frequently too, but I believe until we grow more, we need to leave as is.
Also, once we can achieve about 50 folks most every day on line, we can qualify to be considered to become a member of the ACA. Then they will advertise for us too, and we we will then have grown big enough to be considered for a future ACA convention via our club. Now that would be very, VERY cool, but I think we are a year or two away from that. We are growing steadily, and I am pleased with our growth, We just gotta keep growing and it will take us all. That is why I was giving out the free business cards last Sunday. We need to generate more memberships and more interests of more people. Besides, all the people who don't know of us yet, actually need and want to be a part of us, they just don't know we are here. Again, it is gonna take all of us to make this happen over time.
Again, I hope you do come to the winter meeting.
