A few things to be thinking about.....
Tomorrow is the Fall 2011 swap/meet !!!!!!!!!!!

The member who brings the most new members tomorrow will be winning a free years membership to the MCAA. A $15 value.
Wouldn't hurt/Couldn't hurt --- to invite a friend even as late as today. ( or even a stranger )

We hope this first auction will be a success and grow to bigger and better dynamics as we have future auctions.
We are hoping every member will bring 1 item ( or more if you choose) to place into the auction.
If this is successful, we will creating a split of profits for all additional auctions, after this initial auction which is solely for your MCAA general fund.

Mass e-mail and PM's have been sent this a.m. re: the swap/meet tomorrow. --- If you did not receive one, or the other, or both, then as I had mentioned earlier in another thread, you need to search your own personal profile and change your account status to activated. Non-activated members will not receive any mass mailings from officers.

There is an upcoming nomination and election process for some officer changes for 2012. Members, in good standing, will be allowed to nominate and vote as per our policies.
If you would like to take part in this process, and you are not currently a member, in good standing, please consider joining us by contacting a current officer for guidance to the process. They can answer any questions you might have, and get you signed up for membership if desired.
All of the specific criteria can be found in the MCAA By-laws, Constitution, and the 2011 Amendments, posted earlier this week in the Announcement board under the sub-board entitled MCAA Policies.
The newly elected officers will serve from Jan 1, 2012 until Dec. 31, 2012.
These are just a few things to ponder on.
There are more, but these are the most pertinent at this time.
