I for one would like a copy of the logo that can be scaled up further without excessive pixelization. I'm happy with the logo we have, but when scaled to t-shirt size the resolution left something to be desired. -Rick (the armchair aquarist, part of the MCAA-South contingent )

I do agree with Fuzzy, Glenn and Jess. The logo needs more zest, something to make it stand out and say here we are !!!!! I would be interested in shirts or what ever if they were more apealing to the eye. Catch someones attention !!!!

just needs to be converted to vector then it can be scaled to whatever size you want. converting to vector is pretty easy. jon may have a larger original though which may make this topic moot.

My wife is a graphic designer and can help with this conversion if/when needed. The clean up, converting to vector, etc. Ryan, is this what you do as well?

My thing is even though the fish is a cool idea, as far as marketing its not really practical as a logo. A logo should be something that is easy to see and identify ,and that can be put on almost any thing. The fish does make a nice mascot! and can be added to things also. But as far logos go they are more mainstream. I will sketch up some examples of what I am talking about.

Well even though I loved Glen's sketches, I decided to pay homage to that tattoo artist who loved fish and headed to the beach. I didn't convert these because I don't have Adobe loaded on this laptop but I did spend about 30 minutes playing around just to see what that logo would look like on more of a digital scale. they aren't perfect or anything but just to give an idea of what the image could look like. keep in mind these are quite large and would look even better shrunk down a bit. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Im partial to this one.
