I thought I would get a few pictures of big boy's head while he was sleeping under some driftwood. All I could get was part of his head, but he is a big one. He has one of the largest set of bristle's I have seen.   He finally woke up and flipped over for a better head shot.  I just acquired him a few weeks ago from my friend Mark. I also acquired a large regular Bristlenose male from him also. The Albino is quite a bit larger, but the regular BN isn't far behind him. |

Mine just started growing bristles. I have 7 BN, shortfin albino, long fin albin, regular short fin and regular long fin

wow! that sure is a nice looking ABN!!!! i guess both of the ones i have are female because they dont have one bristle on them lol.. besides the little hand like thingson the side of thier mouth that they poke me when when i pick them up.
would love to see a full shot of him.

That's a nice looking longfin!
I'll get a full shot of mine when I can Glen. He darts under the driftwood when I get close to the tank. At least I got a better headshot in the last picture.

Just got a pic of him in the tube with a albino female that I put in the tank today. You can't really see her, but he has her trapped in the tube. Should have some albino fry soon.  |

Over 24 hours later and she's still trying to get the eggs out. I haven't let her breed in a while and she's stopped up. I just hope the male doesn't kill her first.
