I thought I could help get things started. I am for sure going, so I can bring either the large bottle condiments for the hot dogs which include ketchup, mustard and relish, from Sam's club, or a large selection of snack size chip bags. Maybe both, but I will start with just the condiment bottles
Please feel free to add yourself and what you are willing to bring to the swap meet, and/or lead me to a list already compiled

Thank you for beginning this list. All need to post here to let the others know your plans. That way we don't end up with 50 bags of chips or 20 bottles of pickles and 1 coke and 1 desert. Know what I mean ?

I wonder about the how many as well. Were you at the last swap? Does anyone recall how many attended then? I wonder if I should be getting 2 sets of the condiments....

The last few swap/meets have had about 50+ adults with a few extras to just show up that are either off the street and saw our yard sign, or new and not even forum members, much less club members, so,............. about 55 or so. But remember,...several bring their children, and since we will be having this @ a park this time with a playground, I would guess to figure on some 20 kids or so. That might be over guessing the numbers, but better to have plenty than to run out and some folks not get anything to eat.
I don't know how many hot-dogs come in bulk, but I was thinking of buying at least 100 of them. Do you all think that is to many or not enough ?
David, our V.P. said he was gonna try to bring the bottled waters, but I don't know how many. Somebody will have to bring Ice also to chill them down in a tub that someone will have to bring too.
Who's gonna bring sweet tea ? And deserts ? Don't forget the cookies and brownies, LoL
On the note of being outside, obviously we are hoping for good weather, but in the event of rain, we have already decided the show will go on, barring storms. I have copied off a whole bunch of aquatic themed pictures to color, aquatic circle a word games, and aquatic find the hidden items pages. With a box of crayons, the kids should have something to do for a bit, in the event of rain and no playground use.

Time is short folks. Step up and let others know if you are willing to participate in bringing foods, drinks, condiments, deserts, etc... We need a bunch of folks posting here with offers for this to work well. Thanks !
