LoL ! Brian, depending on the fish, you might be working cheap. Plecoman,.........I can't tell you how many gal's of tea to bring, and would suggest others bring some tea or other drinks as well. There is usually 50+ adults plus the kids, so I am figuring maybe 65 or 70 folks, based on past swap/meets. More if we're lucky !

We should keep this thread going y'all. Need a few more folks stepping up to offer various foods you would be willing to bring along.

Could one of the moderators move everything volunteered so far up to the original list? That would make it easier to figure out what's needed.
Add me for some bottled waters and some cookies.
Thanks

The list in the first post of this thread is what he's talking about. Is the club supplying buns or are the members bringing them? I can bring chips and some beverages (2L soda or more tea).

<edit> Just noticed thorace mentioned bringing chips -- how much were you planning to bring? I can switch to something else if you'll have a metric ton already. </edit>

Food sign up thread #2, in this same board, begun a bit ago ( today) by me. Since I did not start this thread, I cannot edit everything in it the way I wanted to,..... so,..... I transferred the items being brought, and who has volunterred to date to bring them, and place them in a thread I started. This way I can edit it as more of you offer to bring additional items. We need everyone to bring stuff ( food and aquatics ! ) Please continue to post what you are willing to bring to eat &/or drink. Remember please; no alcohol. Thanks

Please click on "new topics" at the top of the forum face page. then click on the new thread entitled "Food sign up #2" to see the list of items already committed.
Then in this or the other thread, post what else you can bring and I'll update the list each day in the other thread.
