Not sure how it would be on steak but my wife makes this asian marinade for pork chop and ribs. The main ingrediant is orange juice. That stuff is YUMMMMMMMMMY!!!!!

I don't marinade my steaks, but sprinkle on some Arizona Rub before cooking. www.arizonarub.com-Rick (the armchair aquarist)

I thought surely someone would have said beer! LOL.....
I don't know about the OJ Brian. I like to drink it when I'm having cereal though.
We're grilling ribeyes Monday and I was just wanting to see if someone had an interesting marinade they liked to use.
Keep the marinades coming! LOL......

Alright. I did see one recipe on the net that used apple juice as part of the marinade.

Steaks only need salt pepper and some butter mixed with fresh rosemary. i freeze the butter after mixing in the rosemary in a wax paper tube. then cut a of a 2" circle and set it on top of the steak right before serving. I also roast garlic halves with olive oil lightly brushed on them until the garlic is cocked . then right before u eat the steak you squeeze the garlic halved over urn steak..... best ever

Lowrys season salt before & during cooking, and salted butter added near the end of cooking is my simple solution. No marinade before at all,..... but I want to try some of these ideas in the future. Sounds Yummy.
