i figure if they come to out auction / swap meet and they see we have a good auction then they mite join just to stay in touch and know whats going on all the time in our club.

OK. Invite.
Next swap/meet is tentative for Oct. sometime.
Next club bus. meeting will be in mid Aug. sometime.
Work continues towards the implementation of the standards for the MCAA BAP, and the possibility of quarterly swap/meets. I continue to be in discussion with some folks in Nash. for a permanent location for our quarterly swap/meets and i am holding out hope that we will be able to afford to move forward with this and i can report to all members some fantastic news. I hope.
One should not count their chickens before they hatch though, so I am reserving the option to not have everyone get all excited of an opportunity that might not materialize.
Therefore as all of you read this post, please be aware the board and I are working toward the BAP program getting under way for all of us, and that there are other items in the works for all, if we can swing them. As I have said before, your board may appear to not be doing much sometimes, but things do happen that take time and effort, that you all don't always know about, until they materialize.

All we have to do is post date of swap. They won't mind. If we were in central ky they might care, but we are far enough away they would be cool.
We need a list of what we will auction.
