People i have been ordering from PetSolutions for many yrs long before i ever heard of this club and i can tell you first hand that what Rick is telling you is the truth . they are a rock solid company that stands behind what they sell and will sell it as chaep as any one if you will talk to them.

My only gripe with them is that the "free shipping" now takes about 8-10 days to get to you instead of the 1-2 days it used to. Now the 1-2 days is $9.99. I had words with them about it and didn't win. We'll see if they lose enough business over it to change it back.

Yes, if it's something that you can wait on, Pet Solutions is still my fav. But like you say, Rick, if you need something quickly, it's not worth messing with. My last two orders took about 9 days I think. Each time, the package just set in Memphis (the tracking proves it) on a shelf until the appropriate time to get it out. They ship as quick as they ever did, it's just that the carrier sits on it. What they have done is a deal where Fed Ex turns over the package to the USPS, so I think that change over is what takes longer.

Here's what they told me: "We switched the free shipping from FedEx ground service to an economy shipping. We ship by way of FedEx SmartPost, which means FedEx picks these items up from us, transports them through SmartPost hubs instead of regular FedEx hubs, and delivers it to your post office, who in turn delivers it to you. I understand that this is extremely frustrating because when you are used to getting something in 2 days, and it doesnt come for 7-10 days now. We do still offer the FedEx ground shipping at a cost of $9.99."

I wont say who I use here for respect of sponsor, but I am fairly certain they wont price match them, and I usually get it by third business day. "Hint, They will have to start charging sales tax soon"
