When I refill using python while watching TV, there is a 20-30% chance my wife will hear water hitting the floor. It usually starts with the TV and then I remember something I left in the car. Then I see my neighbor we talk for a second, and then it hits me- WATER IS RUNNING!

I started out using buckets. That got to be more work than I wanted to do for a hobby! So I got a python and I use it to empty everything but I still refill 10 gallon ones with a bucket. I have almost run over using the python on the larger tanks. I'm easily distracted.

I use a python too but just been doing buckets lately. Only ran one tank over one times. Probably about 3 gallons of water. Someone called on the phone...

Nice looking tank! I am not familiar with these fish, are all of the big guys Central American Cichlids? Sure wish someone would take this 10" Wild Oscar, free to club member. We have been taking care of him and he's very healthy, just needs to be in a big tank!

Largely CA with some Madagascar.
I would take your Oscar but my fish would destroy him. Hopefully someone with a big tank will help you out.
