Has anyone here ever had a species tank with just corys? I have a couple in a 29-gallon with a bunch of tetras and an angel fish, but they stay hidden most of the time. I hear they naturally are a schooling fish. Maybe if I added more they would be more active, or maybe I should just have a species tank. I just like the little guys, and if you look at the link I posted in the photography section, it shows many of them are really pretty.

I have 6 sterbia in my discus tank. I always try to buy them in goups of 6. They seem to do best and are a little more active with 6 or more of them. However I think the lack of movement in your upper water column would make you want to add some other fish. I have always likes schools of rummynose tetras with cory's.
