Picked up 4 of these two days ago. I had one but in a 55 gallon I really didn't notice a lot of improvement. These ones were bought for our grandson. His favorite fish is plecos. They make him happy. How ironic since I don't care for the standard pleco at all. Anyway, put all 4 in the tank with his betta and the next morning there was only one spot of green algae left. That tank was bad! So out we went yesterday and got 19 more. Every one PetSmart had. Too bad they don't seem to breed in captivity. They're cute. I like the one I already had every bit as much as the albino bristlenose. More and more I have to say I do like plecos. But still not the big common one!
