Thanks for the offers. I think I will be OK but will glady take your offers if I need them. Right now the wife says she wants the 220g to stay inside but everything else is going out. Only keeping one tank inside. Everything else is much smaller and 2 people can move them pretty easily. My neighbor and a good friend have both offered to help so it should be an issue. Just a pain. If the wife changes her mind and the 220g goes out I will need lots of help. It takes at least 4 people to budge it.

Well, things are slowly coming together. I didn't realize just how much work it is to make a room from scratch!!
I have the walls up, drywall hung and everything insulated. I'm working on finishing the drywall today. All of the electrical work is done.
All I have left is to sand the drywall, paint, put my epoxy coating on the floor, trim the ceiling and floor. and install the water heater. Now that I see it all in writing, I wonder if I'm ever going to get finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After the list above is complete I still need to frame my ponds and make 3 more tank racks. Then I will be ready to move in.
Man, this is a lot of work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds cool JD!!! I wanna come see it. On the ponds.... you're using landscape timbers, right? If you are, I can get you all the pieces of rebar you want and cut to any length you want, FREE. It will help reinforce the corners of the frame if you drill holes in every timber and slide the rebar in. Let me know

That was the plan for the pond. I will need 28" ones if you got any. I hope to be moving fish in weekend after next. You need to come check things out before you move.

Got a good bit of the room done this weekend. Finished the drywall and painted the room. Got all of the plumbing done and the water heater and sink installed. I have one little section of the ceiling to finish becuase I ended up one sheet of material short.
All I need to do now is finish the ceiling and start building the tank racks and ponds. I hope to be able to pick up some 2X4's this week and get started on the racks. If I can get a few of the racks done I will start the joyous process of moving my tanks one at a time next weekend.
I'm ready for this room to be up and running!!!!!!!!!!!

Got some work done on Saturday. The pond is done and holds about 600g. I am pretty happy with how it turned out. Now I just need to pick up the 1.5" tubbing for my filter and it will be running. Also got one tank rack almost done that will hold 3 125g tanks.
I'm slowly getting there. Hope to have everything moved in by Christmas.

I am mostly moved in. I still have several fish to sort out and rearrange but all tanks but 1 30g are in there. All I have to do is put the finishing touchs. I've been working non stop the last few days.
Almost done though!!!!!!!!

You will never be done working now ;D Lol, I guess that is true. But up until now I was keeping close to the same amount of tanks spread out across the house. Now it will at least be easier to take care of them. Plus I don't have to worry about water leaks and spills in the house.

All fish and tanks are now moved in and everything is running. Still need to do a little adjusting and a few improvements but the hard part is over.
I did my first water change on the pond last night. 300g water change!!!!!
