Added some new pics. Gravel in tank and Close up of the gravel. Shows you what kind I consider natural color. As well what size I'm using. It's a mix of smaller grain and gravel from Walmart (50lb bag for $3.00). Both gravel types I received free from other deals or have had.
I tend to keep tubs of gravel... pending the color I get from a deal, I drop it in a corresponding tub. I generally only keep Black gravel and Natural Gravel. The rest I give away for free.
My natural gravel remaining after this tank... I have enough for another 55g. At that time I'll have to get more.

Okay, so I've been in a great debate with myself... yes worry, I answered myself lol.
I've decided for the sake of Piranhas this tank is not big enough unless I housed just one... which then would defeat the purpose of RB Piranhas.
So I talk it over with my wife and we came up with a shark tank idea. Well upon digging into it, we decided against it. Bala sharks need a larger tank with at least 6 for them to be healthy and happy.
So I finally settle in on a Endler Colony. True strain, Species strain #1 or #2. Planted with Java Moss. I'll look into floating plants for the top. I can thin out the top and feed to other fish I have, to allow the other plants to get light.
The thought is Endler's Only... but I keep going back to possibly tossing in some neon tetra's for contrast. Pleco will be in the tank as well.

Tank is filled with water, I'll add some pics later. Working cycling the tank.
I'll probably order Endlers Friday, will get around 20-30 of them. They'll be young so it might take 6 months to a year to have a nice colony fully established. At that point I can start giving them away or selling them. Based on how fertile they are lol.

Added some more pics. Drift wood added, two fist fulls of java moss, some rocks and a pleco.
The Drift wood was still floating so for not I have it pinned in place until it doesn't float.
Found an extra timer and two light lamps in my old fish stuff bin. So, no need for timer and hood right now. Will fool with that later. Currently I'm just monitoring the temp to find that sweet spot.
Will be ordering Endlers on Friday, possibly buying out the entire colony however will get at least 20-30 of them.

THRILLED!!! The seller of the Pure Strain Endler's accepted my offer on his entire colony. Paying for it Friday and he'll ship it free on Saturday. Live on arrival guarantee. Found seller from AquaBid.
Colony isn't huge by any means, but still over 60 total. Min 5+ males, Min 15+ females and at least 30+ juv's and some fry.
