ok, so i have a 37g tall with a nice big piece of driftwood in it. it already has a female auratus in it... i would like to put a msobo deep, and i would like a peacock or maybe a pair, but i would like you guys imput, i want it to be african(just because its already setup for it and i am lazy and dont want to deal with a major water change at this point) so wat do you guy suggest?

Auratus, can be extremely aggressive so you might try to be careful about any type of peacock with it. Some of the milder aggressive mbuna's might be in trouble as well.

yea, im not going to lie, the auratus is a hard a** he doesnt get along with anyone, im thinking of taking him back for store credit... but he's still pretty

braincandie, how long have you been keeping cichlids? I learned the hard way pretty is not always good.. lol

ive been doing cichlids for a couple of months, i just get online and read a little and then go to the stores and see what they have and then come back home and read a little more, i would say i've been doing more reading and experimenting more than keeping anything. thank goodness the lady at the LFS is so nice... and knows her stuff.

I would say mubuna would be good, but you can put some other type in there also.
