I have a suggestion about all of the pop-ups on this board. I think for a few dollars year we can get rid of them. We maybe able to use some of our dues money for this purpose.

You are right, I will check into it and see what it would be. I think it is a couple dollars a month, but it would be well worth it.

When I first started tinkering with this forum, I signed up for one of my own. Here's the detailed from the "About our Paid Services" section:
All of our paid services are run on what is called the "credits" system. For each dollar that is donated to a forum, we add one (1) credit to the forum. Any member at a forum can donate as few or as many credits as they want to a forum. This means that you can have many different people donate to share the cost of our paid services, making it even more affordable for everyone.
The only paid service is to remove the ads, which is only $7/month for up to 50,000 "page-views" each month. Each credit costs $1, but the ad-free feature ends on the last day of each month. As for the "page view" count, I think it just counts visits to the overall forum and not each sub-forum. You can also set the forum to show ads to "guests" so unregistered member visits don't go towards your page-visit count.
Could someone other than an admin see if there's a link to "Click Here To Make This Board Ad-Free" at the bottom of the page? If so, then people could already start donating!
Jon - I'm going to donate the first $7 to so we can get an idea of what actually counts as a "page visit".

You're welcome! I did receive confirmation that order was complete, but there are still ads. I wonder if there's something we need to do on the admin side.

I found it. Once someone donates, you have to go into the admin area, then "Ad-Free" and apply the credits.
No more ads for the next month or 50,000 views!
