Very nice, Reagan. Congrats. Looking forward to seeing the pics. Are you putting them in a pond or a big tank?

I have that female in the pond but put the male and a larger female in a 135 to spawn. Their tube is down and should spawn in a day or so.

Those are beautiful pictures! Do you happen to know what kind of camera he was using? I can't get anywhere close to quality like that with my camera. If anyone could recommend a good camera, please let me know. Thanks

That's awesome Reagan. I didn't know Mo was getting rid of most of his stuff. I'm glad they went to you. Fish like that need to go to people serious about breeding them if the collector ever lets them go. You need to get Ken a big spawn of those guys. Not nearly enough of them in the hobby and all of the ones available are from a different location and not as nice. Don't forget your good buddy J.D. when you get a spawn . I have a small group of Beani from the same location that would love to have them as friends!!!!!!

Mo tanks the best pics of fish that I know of. I will find out and let you know Mo has more camera equipment then anyone I have ever heard of. Everytime I see a picture he is trying something new. I'm sure if you contacted him he would be happy to recommend some stuff. I'm sure his equipment is high end and pretty expensive though. External flashes seem to make a lot of difference. It's all about light.

Of external flash equipment you can't beat Alien Bees remote flashes. Put them where there's no chance of reflection or hot spots! But they are high-priced. Maybe one of these days.

Awesome Reagan!!!! Save me about 6-8 of them. Let me know what you want in exchange. I have a good spawn of neets if you want some.
