Yes but he's too lazy to post lol And anyway I feed them and take care of them. He sees them once a week for cleaning day, and the red devil was afraid of him today. Wouldn't even eat til he moved. He used to eat out of his hand. In all fairness, he did feed them today. And he feeds the jacks and oscar a little more often than the rest.

It's coloring up nicely since I saw it at the auction.

Sometimes one of them has a LOT of blue on its fins. But I can't really remember which one. There are three of those together and one silver saum we got from you in a different tank.

The one you got from me is a true Rivulatus. So it is not a Saum. It is from higher country in Peru and is more of a fast river fish. It will be longer bodied and not as tall as either of the Saums.

Ah--well you know my handicap with IDing these fish! It's pretty I know that much--and way smaller than these so far.

They are supposed to be really slow growers.
The main difference between the 2 saums and the rivulatus is that the scales on the side of a saum are light colored around the outside and dark in the middle. The Rivulatus has light in the middle and dark around the edges. Look at them and you will notice the difference.
