I've not heard of the products but I've never had to treat shimmy. I was just doing some reading and it said that electrolytes are the issue. Salt has electrolytes doesn't it? And epsom salts? Why not try a water change and add some of those? It just may work. It's not supposed to be a disease, but a lack of something in the water.

They are older products. I don't think stores even carry them anymore. Yes I know its a matter of Electrolytes and I have tried salt for weeks and water changes and it is not working. Hoping someone on here has some Molly Bright or Shimmy Block sitting around the house or shop. I've not heard of the products but I've never had to treat shimmy.
