I asked for money for christmas and so far with it I have won one of Pete's (lotsoffish on aquabid) auctions. I am getting back into the live bearers. The auction was for 3 very red or chili red endlers. All he could get was males so he added that the winner would have their choice of 6 females of some of his others.
Here are the males sorry about the pics I was acclimating them at the time but at least they are contained and I could get the pics.
they are much redder than the pictures show.
then I chose 3 peacock females and he added a male too
his peacocks are some of the nicest I have seen anywhere.
and 3 female tiger endlers and he added a male to that
also some nice looking fish. I have some other endlers so my winter project is to try to get a strain that no one else has. I am also working with a pair of full black moscow guppies and a female cobra guppy. I started out doing guppies and endlers and I am going back to that as you can get yourself a good strain going in less than a year.
I will add pics of these guys in their tanks when they are all settled in. And I am looking at some more auctions so you never know what else I might get.
