So yesterday when cleaning tanks I decided I'd had it with the Greco-Roman column circle thing in the 65 gallon. I took it out. This was around 1 pm. I left it on the fireplace overnight and this morning the boys came in. I heard banging and went into the living room . Charlie was bouncing the columns against the brick hearth. I took the decoration and moved it to the stairs to go down next time I go that way. Shortly after Damian yells "there's a fish on the floor!" it's like 6:30 am, so I went in and saw an ABN pleco on the floor certain it was dead. The only way it could have gotten there was hiding in the columns when I moved it. I picked it up and it was still soft. I dropped it while holding it up to see if its gills were moving and it started flipping on the floor. It's fine! It's been out of water for nearly 18 hrs!

OMG! I know they are pretty tough but WOW! I have had a betta out of the water (jumped out of course) for over 5 hours and he was fine. But any fish out 18 hours you would think was a goner for sure. Lucky fish. Very great story to share. Thanks Tina!
