fire eels get 3' long there monsters speaking of monsters i need to visit my Arowana at the zoo i miss him but it would have been wrong to keep him any longer he was just to big for my 150 gallon tank a 24" arowana should have a 8' tank or more and now hes got alot more i wish i had that tank

well at least you know where he is and that he is probably happy. I know that fire eels get 3 feet long and I know that I have not got a tank big enough for one and probably won't for a while. But some day I want a big tank and a fire eel is first on my list as well as an ornate poly. I have a big wish list and someday I hope to move to a bigger house so that I can have some really big tanks.
