I had a guppie look like that once. You will have to watch her mine ended up dieing while giving birth. There were two fry stuck in her birth canal and she couldn't push them out. I am not sure what you could do for them if you saw that happen. I didn't know there was a problem until I found her dead in the tank with the two babies stuck there. I feel for the poor thing she is so huge.
