NEW STICKY'S/NEW BOARD & SUB-BOARDS

We hope all of the users to date have seen the new sticky's your officers and board members worked hard to put at the top of every section. They list the general policy's of transactions for your forum/club and the levels of the different memberships available to each person. If you have not read them, might we encourage you to do so @ this time.

Also, just recently your officers and board members have worked hard to create a new board on your forum entitled "MCAA Members Only", which includes 4 sub-boards within it.
As a club member, in good standing, you should be able to see and use this board. If you have paid your dues to date, and cannot see this section/board, please contact an officer who will have the Web Master correct the problem and open the new section/board to you.
We will need your real name, your screen name, and your expiration date to add you, if omitted by mistake.
Being a new section, we might have to tweak this new section/board a bit, but we believe it is open and ready for each of you to use to enhance your pleasure of your forum and your club.
Only club members, in good standing, will be able to see, read, post, and cast votes within the new board and sub-boards, and on the polls that will be beginning to appear soon. This is the way it is suppose to work, as club members have added benefits and a vote, and forum users do not, as one of the club benefits. We hope this encourages the rest of you to join the club for only $15 per year (individual). See other club due rates in the sticky's @ the top of every forum section/board.
There is also sections for volunteering to become involved (we need all of you!), a section for suggesting ideas directly to your officers and/or board members, and a section for pertinent information pertaining only to club members.
We hope your experience with the MCAA forum/club is a way for you to broaden your scope and horizons r/t to your hobby, a way for you to find new friendships and business contacts, and just down right fun for you ! After all, it is YOUR club ! Enjoy it !
By all means, if you desire to only read the forum and post w/i the sections/boards available to you, then go ahead, as the club dues also pay for and provide the forum for your enjoyment. We only want you to be aware that there is so much more for the paid members. We believe it is well worth the cost !
We welcome new positive ideas, have even more plans evolving for your forum; ie: all to see and read classifieds, but only members able to post there, and we have new plans under way for a terrific swap/meet this fall of 2011 and beyond. ( This is part of what your club dues provide.)
We are excited to be your representatives and want you to gain the very most from your forum and club as possible ! So, step up, join the club, as well as the forum, make suggestions, post on the forum, and plan to attend the open officer meetings in the summer and winter (TBA) and the spring and fall swap/meets !
Participation, conversation, and attendance, along with bringing your fish/plants/animals/all other aquatic things, including dry goods, for trade and sell, is a part of your club.
We need and want your participation !
Last, for those of you who do not know this........
There are boards and sub-boards within the forum, under several headings.
To see the sub-boards, you must click on the heading on the left side of the page that lists in ( ) that sub-boards are present in that section or board. There is some good information from other members already there and room for more conversation for anyone who chooses to post there.
Your MCAA Membership Only section has 4 sub-boards and this is the way you get to those 4 sub-boards also.
If there is ever a question, just ask ! There are no dumb questions !
I do not have all the answers, nor does anyone else, and we all started from the beginning with no knowledge, so ask, participate, and mostly ENJOY !
