That was sooo cool!!! They were cracking me up! It took them a while to feel comfortable enough to go over there but once they did, the whole group had to check it out.

Oh I like this! No glass in the way and really upclose and personal! I see some of them have a dark stripe under their mouths and others don't. Is there any significance to that?

I'm not 100% sure. I will keep an eye on them and see if it comes and goes. Mine are like yours in that certain days they are a lot bluer than others, and I have one that almost gets purple. When I have the light off for a while, they are a dark blue, then when I turn the light on they almost turn white. Then after about 30 minutes they start to get blue again. They have a large range of color, and the stripes do the same thing sometimes.

Do all deep water Fronts get the dark black stripes under the jaw? I have only seen Mobas with the black Jaw stripes ? what kinds did you say these were again?

These are Kapampa. Very similar if not same fish, just different collection point. They are collected at about the same depth. Kitumba are about the same as well. Here is a good map frontosa.com/portal_page.php?portal_page=5Purple dots in bottom of lake show Zaire Blue collection points
