I had this happen to 1 fish in my 125. The best treatment is clean water. I did 20-30% water changes for 3-4 days straight and it went away. Best medication for a sick fish is clean water.

If your water is clean it is an infection that will have to be treated. If not the fish will loose it's eye at best or die at worst. Most fish stores have antibiotics for sale that will treat this. I would move it to a smaller treatment tank and start treatment ASAP or you risk loosing the fish.
Hope that helps.

He probably needs antibiotic/antiparasitic meds, like sulfathiazole or metronidazole.

My water stays clean with 2 water changes a week a 30% on wednesday and a 50% on saturday in a 125 gal tank that is understocked and i got rid of pop eye in a few days just with 30% water change for 3-4 days in a row.
