They look great! There's a section on photography here that covers flash removal, and it's helpful. Other than that, just keep taking them! They're so bright--look happy.

Those are pretty aggressive fish, even for Africans. I would only add other aggressive mbuna to your tank. Looks great. They are Melanochromis Auratus and a Kenyi. In the kenyi the females are blue with bars and the males are yellow/orange. I can't see the blue one good enough.
