well, if they are still guarding something tonight, then they must be guarding SOMETHING! I've had similar things happen to me In the past, thinking that my fish were crazy, only to see wigglers underneath a leaf.

***UPDATE*** I have a BUNCH of wigglers. Smallest things I've ever seen. They look like a a tiny lil moving mass on the bottom of my substrate. The size of the fry and the location are still making it impossible for me to photograph.

congratulations, Papa Fuzzy! I hope a few survive for you. Yeah they will be cool to watch a few grow out. I'm not interested in keeping them really but I will this time.

VERY NICE. Enjoy the show. A few may survive if you do nothing but watch. If you want to raise a few I would consider siphoning out a few into a small tank tomorrow. Feed with live BBS for best immediate growth. Put water in the tank from the parent tank with a already cycled sponge filter or an open top box filter. If no filter avail. you might want to move a cup of gravel or two from the opposite side of the parent tank as well, and into the baby tank for the bacteria balance. Keep the bottom of the new fry tank free of gravel. Temps above 75 for sure.

Crappy video I took on my Iphone while my camera batteries were charging up. No fry in this one as they are all over the back of that stump
