My largest tropheus duboisi isn't eating and there's no reason for it. I moved some of them from upstairs to be downstairs in a species tank. All are well except the one. It staked out one structure as its own and won't eat, and dares any other fish to come near its statue/hidey hole. Don't get it at all.

Tina,
Here is what I am going to recommend. It sounds like stress related. Just so you know I add Epsom salt at the dosage I have recommended with every water change, have been doing this with Africans for years with on adverse effects. This will help with constipation.
1) Add 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt per 5 gallons of tank volume (Mix it with tank water and add to a high flow area. If no improvement in two days goto number 3.
2) Only feed the fish in the tank green flakes or pellets no more then twice a day.
3) start a treatment of metro.

Jon, can you have the metro ready? I'll get more epsom tomorrow but I do only feed them green and only twice a day so if that doesn't do it I'll need #3!

Yes, back off feeding them all. still feed twice, but half as much and keep an eye on them.
