this tank is a replacement for one the pet store had set up and it started leaking. there is no warranty with the tank . they unloaded it with a fork lift and it has been sitting in the storage room of the pet store for 4 yrs now.the owner moved it one time and it took 6 men to mover it.your rite aqueon owns all glass now and marineland owns aqueon but there is a parent company that owns marineland when i mailed back my 60 plus stealth heaters i had to call to get a return number and i forgot how thet ansewered the phone by it wasn`t marineland its a holding group.

"60 plus stealth heaters" *shudder* thank goodness those were exchanged! Didn't want to completely hijack the thread LOL, but the cinci tank manufacturer is a personal friend of mine, I've never asked about his company name or a website...His name is Jason Hering, he has owned Aquatics and Exotics for many years. The store has a 20,000 gallon tank with black tip sharks and groupers and Jason is 100% honest and moral. Don't go to Cinci without visiting here! The store number is 513.521.5500. FYI, he quoted me a 48 x 96 x 24 tall, 3/4 acrylic on sides (Aquart wanted to build one with 1/2" *triple shudder!*), with lids and nothing else...$2500. This is exactly the tank I had years ago (minus the BS warranty and pizz-poor workmanship) and is within $100 of the price I paid in 1991. The store has odd hours/days of operation, so call before making a trip (guess how I learned that!). And the tank pic in the original posting is gorgeous! The complete lack of warranty makes it worth what any used VGC tank is worth, again, JMO. No affiliation with Aquatics and Exotics, but I've known the family since before Jason's birth.
