ORANGE BLAZE OB
is that something you just called it or are people in the hobby really informally classifying a strain of OB? i only ask because i thought blaze referred to color on the dorsal and this one's dorsal is blue?
great looking OB, though.

Yeah that is something new peep are calling them, its a fad im sure. I think its because of the bright orange in the body and the dorsol will start to get more of the orange also as he gets older. the orange really just started showig up a few weeks ago (that strong) Right now he is only 3.5"
There is a new fad out there in Ob also where the are mixing Ahlis and OBs making OB ahlis lol... they look really cool IMO.
I am looking for the Pink and blue OBs my self! they are hot.
I could not get a good pic of the Orange blaze due to all the java moss in his tank, and him darting after the females.

OB fryeri have been around for 10+ years. There are also OB hap compressiceps. I have had some that looked great, but I have had some look it had peacock in it. I am a fan of the white knights. I missed the memo on adding all adjectives.

I can't believe you are getting out of Tangs and into peacocks. It usually is other way around.
