I have 9 in my 125. They have all grown to at least double the size I got them at a year ago.

10 is a good number to start with. You may have to get rid of a few when they max out, but two adults could pay for entire group.

what size were they when they started out, alan? Ryan, they were about 3-4 inches then. They are not quite twice as long but they are at least twice as big in mass (thicker and taller).

nice. i've heard they aren't the quickest growing species. the burundi i've had definitely didn't grow as fast as my haps. i haven't been on the forum as much lately but have you posted any pictures alan?
i think now is as good as time as ever for me to move to fronts. this is a change i've seen coming for a long time. thanks for the inspiration, guys.
