I think everyone needs to go to one of the monthly meeting and auction if you get the chance. I was very empressed with how it was handle and the amount of people there and they had a ton of stuff to auction off. The speaker was TED JUDY if you have not heard of him look him up. Im guessing there was 35 to 40 people there tonite see pic . Got home at 1:30 after a stop to eat but it was worth the drive in the rain. THE PIC ONLY SHOWS HALF OF THE ROOM Attachments:

Hopefully we are building toward that. I doubt 15 would show now. That is why it is so important for us to lock in a date. After swap the goal is to have bi monthly meetings hosted at members homes or fishrooms.

The LTFF auction is lively and friendly. It's not the 600-700 bags that Cinci has but it also starts in the evening and has a good mix of fish.

Indy is pretty good also, been to their regular auction twice and it's not nearly as big as Cinci, unlike Cinci they do sell member's dry good (Cinci sells donated dry goods only, I think). Both clubs have big membership counts, very good auctions and lively meetings each month with a presentation. Went to ATL once and only once, lots of stuff but too citified for my taste-I say this having been to the OCA in Cleveland many times and lots of ACA conventions. St Louis was smaller than I thought, but excellent fish and terrific people there. Other Northern Ohio clubs are ones I'll not drive to visit again. If you happen to like cichlids, Greater Chicago Cichild Assn auctions R.O.C.K.!!! Any and all of these are great weekend trips, carpooling with a buddy makes the ride a lot shorter
