In my angel baby tank there were red wiggly wormy things. Maybe a centimeter in size. TINY! What are they? Ok so I think I know. Midge larvae. I saw one of the adults today it's like what we used to call Canadian Soldiers. They look like mosquitos but don't bite. Think that's it? I feed my baby angels only baby brine shrimp and daphnia.

I agree, Midge larvae. I use them (well I make a fly that imitates them) when I flyfish and the trout love them. Trout also like the midge as well.

I'm a bass fisher(wo)man myself. Trout are fun to entice but I love the fight of a largemouth breaking the water.
