He's new here. Or she. I love this fish, even if it is Dennis'! I guess it's South American. It looks like it's listed in a lot of places. It's currently with jacks and gives the male jack grief, but he kind of deserves it. He's a food hog.   |

Nice chocolate angel! They are very big pigs. Mine is got to be pushing 9" and eats like a bottomless pit. Fast growers too. You will enjoy it!

If Dennis didn't have New World tanks to put him in I'd have gotten one set up for him. Or her. I love this fish! And it loves me too, because I have the food! I spend a lot of time talking to it. It might not hear me but maybe it can wonder why I'm making all the funny faces. It's a big fish. At least 6" already. I looked at it every time I went to the Critter after seeing yours and wanted to bring it home so badly. Mind you, these are supposed to belong to Dennis. But I can enjoy them all I want.

Nice, They are gentle giants. Not normally aggressive except conspecific.
