hey all i bought this 10 gallon tank for it to be a hospital tank but my fish died before i could save it but since i already have a pump and bubbler and a filter with a heater i might as well use it. So can i put a pair of cichilids in it ?

You need to get a sponge filter for the bubbler.

so do i need a pump to run a sponge filter? im not sure what a spong filter is what else would i need for this itty bitty tank?

An inch of fish for every gallon of water is standard for other types of fish. You could put a couple of juveniles in it and then move them to the big tank when they get larger.

A sponge filter is run off an air line tubing. No pump needed, well I guess an air pump- The same thing that runs air stones(You have one in your 75g. You can put a couple of grow outs in their. I would make it something cheap because the main goal is for this to be a hospital tank, right? If so the only reason to keep a fish in it would be to keep the bacteria alive. So any smaller fish would work fine. I wouldn't have more than two in there.
