Severums a probably my favorite fish. I have several and here are a few pics of my favorites

Red spotted



Wild caught Rio tapajos Efasciatus (still young but already showing a ton of color)



Heros Notatus (Got at the ACA auction, he is right at 11". Huge for a severum) He got pretty beat up in transit and is still recovering. You can see several dings and scratches on him.

Your Severums are nice, especially the red spotted. Do they thrive in your local water?

I've kept several different types and all have done very well in our tap water.

I've had my big gold severum (the one in my avatar) for six years and he has done great in our local water and always looks as healthy as a horse. Had a large green one for a while, but they fought so had to get rid of it. Great fish to have.
