120 AC Volt Master Slave Flash www.adorama.com/Als/ProductPage/LTACMS.htmlMy ac master slave flash Ceramic Socket from Home Depot. White Vinyl Gutter End from Home Depot Back Side of Gutter End Mount the ceramic socket in the gutter end.Run a cord through each end. Put a plug on each end to plug the slave flash in with. Attach gutter end on the piece of white vinyl gutter. From Home Depot I cut mine 4 foot. Attached a AC slave on each end. Put this on your glass top. Your camera flash will activate the AC Slave Flash. Finished product If you have any questions send me a PM and I will give you my phone number. I will be glad to help all I can with any photo help. OH IT DOES INTEREST ME!!! But I only have 2 Kodak "point and Shoot" Digital cameras. Can I make it work withh them is what I'm tryin to figure out!

Roger, thanks for the pic's and the info. of how to.... Now that I know this info. is here I can reference back to it when I get ready for such a set-up. I'm sure others might feel the same, as they run across this thread from time to time in the future. I now know why you are able to get such good lighting on your excellent pic's you have posted. Looking forward to seeing you 4-25 @ the swap/meet.

Oneyoda, you can use it with a point and shoot. Your flash will activate it, or you can use a external slave to activate it. I will take some pics with my wifes kodak point and shoot. I will post them for you to see how it works.

X2 I am very interested in how to do this. With out any research on my part, how do you attach it to your camera? Is it powered by the camera? Maybe it is just because I am a little tired right now, but I am lost

Ok so the ebay listing is gone what else do i need to build this? I was about to order the bulbs, do i need 2? or will one work? I will also go pick up the Plug, light outlet, and gutter stuff tomorrow from home depot. what slave do i need?

well for one i know the bulbs are triggered of the flash of your camera. they pick up the flash off your camera and go off. If i made one i think i would want it to be wired to the camera slave. but we shall see.

i think Jons only has one bulb also. i need mine to be shorter than 4' because alot of the tanks i am taking pics in ar smaller
