I will add that the convicts are much prettier then ones at petco and such. I picked out the best male and female I could find from a couple places and the juvies are already showing a lot of red and blue.

i have and can bring if someone wants any of these let me know - platinum blue angels quarter size body - 2 inch long fin brown bristle nose & some adult size in albino - 2 inch acei - 2 inch rustys - 2 inch dolphins and a mated pr of breeder angels the male is 50% wild & female is a imported german blue blusher this pr will parent raise

Most of my bn are pretty small Ill only bring ones larger then 1.5, I have a couple that might be a bit over 2 inches and just a couple bucks a piece is what I normally get. The convicts aren't that special, just good looking. The tails have a slight red tint to them and the dorsal fins have a nice blue hue. (I suspect the mother has a lot of HRP in her). If I make it Ill bring some a long for sure.

We have so many Ricks lol! I'm so excited about tomorrow... hopefully there'll be one leftover BN for me (I'd prefer regular, not long fin, and don't care about the sex or size, or honestly even color). I found some NLS at the local petco (I called, and they said they didn't have any, but I stopped in for a net and a thermometer and voila, there it was! Of course they were all out of 5" nets... but wal-mart next door had them cheaper anyways... had the thermo cheaper too but I'd already bought it). I just moved the heater and filter over to the 29, so it has a chance to heat up before the fish come home tomorrow. Did I mention that I was excited yet?  . I had to try real hard not to buy a 40g tank for $40 while I was at petco, but if I have cash after the swapmeet (yeah right) I might have to swing by petco on sunday :halo: -Rick (the armchair aquarist) |

Hey Guys, If the price is a couple dollars each for them, how about both of you bringing me 5 a piece and I'll buy 5 from each of you. Then I can cross my LF male to the reg finned females or wait for the LF's to grow a bit. Either way, I would like 5 of each please. I'll take my chances on the ratio of males to females with 5 of each. Thanks.
There are a lot of Ricks aren't there ? @ my work, I am the only Rick, and there are like a dozen Mike's. Funny, huh ?
There are actually several Mike's here also.
